Whistler Cornucopia 30th Edition

Tickets to all events at Whistler Cornucopia’s milestone 30th edition are now on sale, bringing 11 days of food and drink experiences to Whistler from November 5-15, 2026. Attendees are encouraged to act fast, with early bird pricing on select events available until midnight on September 11, or while allocations last.
This year’s festival features more than 100 events across 11 days, spanning Signature Events, an impressive offering of 40 events presented by Whistler restaurants and bars, and a diverse lineup of Drink Seminars and Culinary Stage sessions. With programming spanning both weekends and the days in between, the 30th edition offers plenty of reasons to stay longer and experience more events throughout the week.
“Cornucopia is such a great showcase of Whistler’s culinary community and the wider food and drink scene across BC. The breadth of this year’s program gives visitors so many different ways to discover the people and products that make the region’s culinary scene so exceptional,” says Bree Eagles, Manager of Events at Tourism Whistler. “Guests can come for one of the signature events, spend an afternoon learning from some of the best in the industry, discover a new favourite wine and enjoy a special dinner at a Whistler restaurant.”
A Whistler-Wide Celebration of the Culinary Community
Beyond Cornucopia-led events, Whistler restaurants and venues are adding 40 Restaurant + Bar events to this year’s program, bringing special dinners, tastings and culinary experiences to locations throughout the resort.
Highlights include Bar Oso Mediodía: Wines of Cádiz & Jerez on November 8, a Spanish-inspired lunch celebrating the wines and flavours of southern Spain, A Tale of Many Kitchens at Mekong on November 11, showcasing the diverse cultures that shape its kitchen, and Sea to Sky Shaker Showdown at Cinnamon Bear on November 12, bringing together bartenders for a cocktail competition. The lineup also includes The Listening Lounge at Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar on November 13, a late-night experience inspired by the intimate listening bars of Japan.
Additional participating venues include Araxi Restaurant + Oyster Bar, Blacks Restaurant & Pub, Il Caminetto, Milestones, Quattro Restaurant, Rimrock Café, SIDECUT Steakhouse, Stonesedge Kitchen, Table Nineteen and Fairmont Chateau Whistler.
Explore, Taste and Learn
Cornucopia’s drink seminars offer opportunities to learn directly from sommeliers, winemakers, distillers and other industry experts, with experiences designed for everyone from curious newcomers to seasoned enthusiasts.
Highlights include Classic vs Contemporary on November 6, putting benchmark European wines head-to-head with challengers from around the world, Blind Tasting Like a Sommelier on November 7, led by Best Sommelier of BC and two-time competitor at the Best Sommelier of Canada Jason Yamasaki, and the popular French Wine + Charcuterie with Oyama Sausage Co., also on November 7.
The lineup continues with Cafe Culture IV on November 8, Legends + Next Generation: The Wine Tasting on November 13, and Cowichan Valley: One of Canada's Most Exciting Wine Regions on November 14, spotlighting one of Canada’s emerging cool-climate wine regions.
Culinary Stage sessions also run throughout the festival, bringing chefs and culinary talent to the stage for an up-close look at their techniques, ingredients and stories. This year’s lineup includes Quang Dang, Alana Maas, Luis Valenzuela, Julian Bond, Bruce Worden and Trevor Randle.

Celebrating 30 Years of Cornucopia
The full program builds on a milestone lineup of signature events previously announced, including the new 30th Edition Dinner with Reception on November 6, CRUSH Grand Tasting on November 7, Night Market: Legends & Next Generation on November 13 and the 30th Edition Cornucopia Gala on November 14.
Returning favourites including BC House Party, Murder Mystery Dinner, With a Twist Silent Disco and Comedy Kitchen round out the signature event lineup.

Tickets for all Cornucopia events are now on sale, with early bird pricing available on select events until September 11.
