About WINERY:
Winemaker’s CUT is a boutique estate winery located in Oliver, British Columbia, in the heart of the Okanagan Valley. Founded by Slovakian-born winemaker Michal Mosny and his wife Martina, the winery draws inspiration from the concept of a "director’s cut"—offering wines that reflect the winemaker's unique vision and artistry.
The grapes are hand-harvested from the Deadman Lake Vineyard, just south of Oliver, and are cultivated using sustainable farming practices, including a zero-pesticide policy and low sulfur use. This approach allows the wines to naturally express the distinctive characteristics of the Okanagan terroir.
A distinctive feature of Winemaker’s CUT is the integration of classical music into the winemaking process. Classical compositions are played throughout the vineyard and cellar, fostering a harmonious environment that contributes to the development of balanced and expressive wines.
