About WINERY:
Bordertown Vineyards & Estate Winery is a family-owned winery located in the heart of Osoyoos, British Columbia. Established in 2015 by Mohan Gill, a fifth-generation farmer, the winery has grown from producing 3,000 cases in its inaugural vintage to over 10,000 cases by 2020, with plans to expand to 40,000 cases annually as their 100-acre vineyard reaches full production.
The estate's diverse microclimates and soil types allow for the cultivation of 14 different varietals, all estate-grown and VQA certified . Their portfolio includes robust reds like Cabernet Franc and Merlot, as well as crisp whites such as Pinot Gris and Viognier. Notably, their Cabernet Franc Reserve 2020 and Viognier 2023 have both received gold medals at the All Canadian Wine Championships.
Beyond wines, Bordertown has ventured into craft cider with their "Hard Pressed" apple cider, made exclusively from estate-grown apples.
