About winery & Creamery:
At Upper Bench, winemaker Gavin Miller focuses on minimalist, vineyard-driven winemaking, producing award-winning, big bold reds and crisp dry whites that reflect the unique soils and climate of the region. Many of the grapes come from its own estate vineyards and select growers around the Bench.
In the on-site creamery, Shana Miller and her team craft small-batch, artisanal cheeses — including washed-rind, bloomy, lactic, and blue varieties — designed to pair beautifully with the winery’s wines.
Visitors often enjoy wine and cheese tastings on the sunny patio or in the intimate tasting room, and there’s also a unique Corks & Curds Club, Canada’s only wine-and-cheese club, offering quarterly curated deliveries of their wines and cheeses.
