Shuswap Highland Stills is a family-owned farm craft distillery located in Salmon Arm, British Columbia. Founded by Simon Koczwarski in 2022, the distillery specializes in micro-batch spirits and liqueurs crafted from locally sourced ingredients, with a focus on fruit-based spirits.
One of their signature products is Gneiss Vodka, an apple-based vodka distilled 18 times and charcoal filtered for a smooth, mellow finish. Another standout is the Wee Nip of Coffee Spirit, which combines apple-based spirit with locally sourced coffee beans from Shuswap Coffee Company, cold brewed for 24 hours, and infused with raw cacao, vanilla, and a touch of sugar.
