Nighthawk Vineyards is a boutique, family-owned winery perched above the scenic Green Lake Valley in Okanagan Falls, British Columbia. Founded by Daniel and Christy Bibby in 2002, the estate spans 60 acres and is renowned for its commitment to sustainable farming practices and small-lot, handcrafted wines.
The vineyard cultivates a diverse range of grape varieties, including Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Malbec.
