Celebrate the close of another summer harvest at our annual Harvest Dinner, a five-course long table evening at Peak Cellars honouring the bounty of the fall season.
This year's dinner is also your first chance to meet Samira Chmani, the new Head Chef of our Garden Bistro. Each of her courses will be paired with a wine hand-selected by our Winemaker, Stephanie Stanley.
If you haven't joined us for one of our dinners before, you're in for a treat. As each course arrives, Chef Samira and Stephanie will share the story behind what's on your plate and in your glass, offering an in-depth look at how our vineyard, garden, kitchen, and cellar work together to bring you the best and freshest dishes of the season.
